SOLD Property Group Named 2026 REIQ Small Residential Agency of the Year Finalist

We’re incredibly proud to share that SOLD Property Group has been named a finalist for Small Residential Agency of the Year in the 2026 REIQ Awards for Excellence.

Presented by the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ), the annual Awards for Excellence recognise outstanding achievement across Queensland’s real estate profession.

For our boutique Brisbane Bayside agency, being recognised at a Queensland-wide level is an achievement we’re immensely proud of - and one that reflects an important year of growth and evolution for SOLD.

Recognising More Than Sales Results

The Small Residential Agency of the Year category looks beyond the number of properties an agency sells.

The judging process considers the broader business, including its goals and achievements, client service, financial performance, professional development, leadership, and the new ideas and innovations introduced over the year.

That makes this recognition particularly meaningful for our team.

Throughout 2025/26, our focus has been on continuing to refine the way we deliver real estate - building the right team, strengthening our systems and bringing more of the property journey together to create a better experience for our clients.

A Big Year for the SOLD Team

Our REIQ finalist recognition follows another strong year for SOLD Property Group across Belmont, Tingalpa and Brisbane's eastern Bayside.

Earlier this year, SOLD Property Group was named 2026 RateMyAgent Agency of the Year for both Belmont and Tingalpa, while Keryn Osgerby was named 2026 RateMyAgent Agent of the Year in both suburbs. These followed Keryn's recognition as a realestate.com.au Top Agent for Belmont and Tingalpa.

Being named a finalist for REIQ Small Residential Agency of the Year builds on those local achievements, recognising SOLD at a Queensland-wide level and looking at the agency as a whole - from business performance and innovation to client service, leadership and team development.

It's recognition that belongs to the whole SOLD team and reflects the contribution of the people working across sales, property management, client service, styling, operations, finance and marketing.
