We take compliance seriously - because it protects you, your tenant, and your investment. Our certified compliance partner will ensure your property meets all current legislative standards:

  • Smoke Alarms & Safety Switches

    Annual inspections and checks at every lease change.

  • Blind Cord Safety

    Assessed at each tenancy change.

  • Pool Safety Certificates

    Updated every 2 years (if applicable).

  • Water Efficiency

    Arrange a once-off compliance certificate to enable on-charging of water usage.

Annual Compliance Package: $115/year

Includes unlimited inspections for smoke alarms, safety switches, and blinds (excludes blind repairs).

Transparent Fees. No Surprises.

We keep our fee structure simple and all-inclusive. No hidden extras, admin fees or reporting charges.

  • Management Fee:

    9.0% + GST.

  • Letting Fee:

    1 week’s rent + GST for new tenancies. No charge for routine inspections, monthly or EOFY statements, or maintenance quoting.

Marketing to Secure the Right Tenant

Finding the right tenant fast is essential - but we won’t cut corners.

  • Professional Photography:

    $175 (waived for initial let if high-quality sale photos available).

  • Realestate.com.au Listing:

    $142.

  • Domain.com.au Listing:

    Included, no charge.
