Assessed at each tenancy change.
Updated every 2 years (if applicable).
Arrange a once-off compliance certificate to enable on-charging of water usage.
Includes unlimited inspections for smoke alarms, safety switches, and blinds (excludes blind repairs).
We keep our fee structure simple and all-inclusive. No hidden extras, admin fees or reporting charges.
Management Fee:
9.0% + GST.
Letting Fee:
1 week’s rent + GST for new tenancies. No charge for routine inspections, monthly or EOFY statements, or maintenance quoting.
