We’re now looking for the right person to help us shape and grow our property management division.
The Opportunity
This is a rare chance to step into a role designed for growth.
You’ll start with a successful boutique portfolio – intentionally structured to allow you to deliver a high level of service, build strong relationships, and operate proactively rather than reactively.
From there, you’ll play a key role in growing the rent roll, with a clear pathway to stepping into a Head of Property Management position and building your own team.
This is about creating something sustainable – not just maintaining it.

The Role
You’ll manage your portfolio end-to-end, delivering a premium experience for both owners and tenants while contributing to the growth of the business.
Your responsibilities include:
Leasing, tenant screening and lease preparation and renewals
Routine, entry and final inspections
Maintenance coordination and contractor management
Arrears management and rent reviews
Full compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and RTA requirements
Market appraisals and proactive business development to grow the rent roll

You bring:
3+ years residential property management experience
Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence
Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation
A track record of building strong client relationships
An interest in business development and growth
High attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Driver’s licence and own vehicle
