The Role

You’ll manage your portfolio end-to-end, delivering a premium experience for both owners and tenants while contributing to the growth of the business.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Leasing, tenant screening and lease preparation and renewals

  • Routine, entry and final inspections

  • Maintenance coordination and contractor management

  • Arrears management and rent reviews

  • Full compliance with QLD tenancy legislation and RTA requirements

  • Market appraisals and proactive business development to grow the rent roll

Who This Role is Perfect For

This role is ideal for a property manager who is ready to step into something bigger.

You’re someone who takes pride in your work, values relationships, and is motivated by the opportunity to grow – both personally and professionally.

You bring:

  • 3+ years residential property management experience

  • Current QLD Real Estate Certificate or Licence

  • Strong knowledge of QLD tenancy legislation

  • A track record of building strong client relationships

  • An interest in business development and growth

  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

  • Driver’s licence and own vehicle
