We’re an award-winning boutique agency in Brisbane East looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a clean, well-maintained portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing a quality residential portfolio end-to-end
Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
Handling leasing, maintenance and compliance
Contributing to improving systems and processes

What We’re Looking For
3+ years’ property management experience
Strong communication and organisation skills
Ability to manage a portfolio independently
A proactive mindset — someone who wants to improve, not just maintain
(Leadership or mentoring experience is a bonus, not essential)
